Job Description

Duties:

Scope of Responsibilities:

The incumbent will assist in : -
  • monthly payroll calculation, process and payroll related reconciliation
  • filing of IR tax returns, provident fund administration, and ad hoc assignments
  • ensuring timely, accurate and confidential processing and record keeping of all payroll and related statutory filings
  • ensuring payroll is processed in compliance with Employment / Provident Fund / Tax Ordinances and the Company’s policies
  • preparation of monthly payroll reports, annual budget

Candidate should possess : -
  • at least 5 years’ relevant experience gained from sizeable companies handling full process of payroll from using HRMS in calculating payroll, generating reports and making MPF contributions; filing IRD reports and Annual Returns; preparing cost allocation and staff budget
  • good numeric sense and detailed-mind; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; strong sense of responsibility and excellent integrity
  • good knowledge in Employment / IR Ordinances and MPF Schemes Ordinance and PC operations especially Excel
