Job Description:-

• Take care of International Marketing company for all accounting entries ie. payment, receipt, accrual, adjustment and relevant taxes.
• Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts ie. closing on Oracle system, prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Supervise assistant accountant to ensure that day-to-day transactions are smooth
• Establish and improve the solicitation cost reporting to ensure that finance provide accurate information to other related department
• Handle local financial statement and corporate income tax for International Marketing company.
• Establish and implement the control over finance & accounting process
• Assist Finance Manager to support RO & HO information requested as well as Ad Hoc report
• Liaise and attend external auditor

 
 Requirements:- 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
• 3-4 years experience in Finance & Accounting functions.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a complex and highly matrixes environment.
• English communication

QUALIFICATION :
- Diploma in accounting or above
- 5 yrs or above in accounting in trading
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Familiar with Flex accounting System and proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Detailed mind, hard-working and good inter-personal skills

JOB DUTIES :
- Full set of Accounting
- Maintain daily cash flow,
- Responsible for accurate and timely month-end closing independent, willing to learn and able to meet deadlines
- Immediately available is highly preferred
