Main Job Responsibilities:
- To assess the risks & control in the IT operations, and perform IT audits to ascertain the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and IT control activities
- Develop audit/review programs and draft relevant reports
- To strengthen/improve control activities by analysing risk and IT control design, implementation and operation of systems of internal control in the bank
- Assist in preparing reports on internal control environment
- Take up ad-hoc projects as required
- Some business traveling is also required
Job Requirements:
- University degree in IT or related disciplines with professional qualifications of CISA or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of internal and/or external IT audit experience preferably in banking
- Strong risk and control assessment skills in IT/banking processes (such as project management)
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and good report writing skills
- Strong analytical, communication skills and management skills
- Work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Able to understand and act as client relation manager with internal clients, be able to escalate issues and keep managers and peers well informed on an ongoing basis
- Diligent, proactive and attentive to details
