Accounts Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare financial & management reports and bank reconciliation
• Carry out month-end and year-end closing
• Handle accounts payable and receivable including payment record
• Perform inventory control and assets control
• Perform other ad hoc assignment and reports as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling full set of accounts and prepare financial reports
• Proficiency in computer applications, experience in Peachtree & MYOB accounting systems are preferred
• Mature, Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.

Senior Accounts Clerk (5 Days Work)

- Diploma in Accountancy or above;

- Good PC Knowledge;

- At least 5 years' relevant working experience;

- Accounts payable experience will be advantage;

- Solid experience in garment manufacturing field is definitely advantage;

- Solid experience in Flex Account is definitely advantage;

- Willing to work under pressure;

- Immediate available is preferred

- Less experience will be consider to be Accounts Clerk
