A well-established Beauty Services Company is currently seeking high calibre to fill the following postion:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation of Finance Projects such as IPO
- Facilitating the IPO process by prepare financial reports projections, analysis, conduct data gathering etc
- Manage projects from planning, implementation, monitoning and closing
- Ensure adequate internal control, risk reporting and analysis to enhance IPO regulatory requirements for pocesses
- Participate in strategic planning to support the business both in HK and China
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- A Recognized Professional Qualifications (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA etc) and "Big 4" experience is perferred
- At least 8 years experience preferably gained from a mix of China based companies, multinational companies, experience in beauty or service companies is an advantage
- Pre-IPO experience, HK-listing rules, M & A and corporate restructucing are absolute
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Flexible, responsive and able to manage a diverse set of priorities
- Highly motivated, strategic and able to take on a hands-on approach
- A good team player and willing to work hard
