The hotel is looking for a passionate individual for the following position:
- 5 years or above in hotel accounting experience with a similar position
- Knowledge of full responsibility for all aspects of the preparation of accounts
- Management of the budgetary process, from initial writing of the budgets through to variance analysis with commentary
- Ensure reporting schedules are accurately completed within company deadlines
- Ensure compliance with company accounting guidelines, HKFRS and HKAS
- Manage external audits and maintain effective relations with auditors
- Implementation of accounting / internal control policies and procedures
- A team player who can manage, motivate and develop the Accounting Team
- Good communications and interpersonal skills in translating your technical expertise to the non-financial colleagues
