Job Description:-
Requirements:-
- Take care of International Marketing company for all accounting entries ie. payment, receipt, accrual, adjustment and relevant taxes.
- Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts ie. closing on Oracle system, prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Supervise assistant accountant to ensure that day-to-day transactions are smooth
- Establish and improve the solicitation cost reporting to ensure that finance provide accurate information to other related department
- Handle local financial statement and corporate income tax for International Marketing company.
- Establish and implement the control over finance & accounting process
- Assist Finance Manager to support RO & HO information requested as well as Ad Hoc report
- Liaise and attend external auditor
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
- 3-4 years experience in Finance & Accounting functions.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a complex and highly matrixes environment.
- English communication
