ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE - French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS)

Established French Company specialized in the manufacture of glass mosaics and interior design creations invite applications for the following position:






Responsibilities:

HR and Administrative
  • HR functions, such as payroll, leave records, processing of staff claims (both petty cash reimbursements and travel expenses)
  • General office admin functions, such as coordination of mail activities, control of stationary and pantry supplies and office cleaning
  • Office equipment management like coordinating and maintenance or repair when equipment such as computer, copier, telephone system etc...Breakdown
  • Performing basic secretarial functions such as drafting of letters, making travel arrangements, meeting arrangements
  • Building and maintaining a shared database of specifiers, suppliers and customers
  • Filing documents such as directors' resolutions etc...

Accounts:
  • Handling of petty cash
  • Issue cheque payments and process claims
  • Handling of daily operations
  • Checking of billings
  • Preparing debit notes and credit notes to send to customers
  • Issuing of receipts and banking in of all cheques received
  • Customer and inventory management
  • Sales entry and posting
  • Goods purchase entry
  • Handling customers' enquiries on invoices
  • Handling LC
  • Preparing bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and updating of cash flow forecast
  • Preparing monthly management reports
  • Preparing the relevant reports for year-end audit
  • Liaising with banks and auditors
  • Any other functions as delegated by immediate superior

Requirements:
  • ACCA Degree
  • Full set of account
  • 4 - 5 years of experiences
