Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full sets of accounts of the trading business in Singapore include recoverable billings and collections, ensuring timely booking and payment of supplier invoices.
- Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register and performing monthly bank reconciliation.
- Involved in sub-ledger and general ledger balance reconciliation, ensure timely closing of month-end accounts, and prepare management reports.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 3 years of accounting experience in an MNC environment, in a manufacturing operation is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Goods and Services Tax Regulation, Sarbanes Oxley Requirements
- Knowledge of MGF-Pro / Oracle will be an added advantage
