We, a leading manufacturer of mattresses and bedding products under Hilding Anders Group, are looking for qualified candidate as follow ;
REPORTS TO : Finance Director and Managing Director
Responsibilities :-
- Head of the Finance and HR Departments. Supervise about 20 staffs including IT, Security and Administrative staffs.
- Responsible for the timely submission of monthly financial reports to SRO and Hilding Anders of Sweden.
- Responsible for credit controls, stock controls and manage the working capital.
- Responsible for implementing the systems and controls of the company/Group to minimise frauds and risks.
- Work closely with auditors, bankers, government agencies for the effective and smooth operation of the company and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Highlight and report any control issues to SRO and local management.
- Promote team work in the Finance & Adm Department and good working relationship with other Departments.
Qualification:-
- Age 35 - 40 years old
- Qualified accountant from a reputable university in Thailand or overseas.
- At least 10 years working experience and 3 years in Managerial position. Preferably experience in multi-national environment.
- Good knowledge of ERP system, preferably experienced in implementing a new ERP software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g EXCEL, Words, Power point.
- Experience in IFRS compliance.
- Able to take pressure and work under tight deadlines.
- Good inter-personal skill and able to work with all levels of the company.
- Able to enforce systems and controls.
- Independent and honest.
- Able to write and speak English is a must.
