Responsibilities :
- To assist in routine office accounts work of preparing/recording/updating of clients' financial records.
- Capable of handling full set of accounts.
- To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
- Handling clients accounts job.
- Handling inquiries and follow up on payment status and invoicing
Requirements :
- Minimum LCCI Certificate in Accounting, part Professional Qualification or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Computer literate. Proficient in UBS, Microsoft Office applications as Word & Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills and conversant in English, Chinese/Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- With / without working experience
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
