(TERENGGANU BRANCH)



Responsibilities :
  • Process invoices/claims and posting into the accounting system
  • Process payment within the branch limit
  • Prepare monthly Sales Revenue Report
  • Ensure completeness of all invoices/documents before sending to client
  • Keep, record and control all petty cash for daily expenses
  • Verify expense claims
  • Ensure all month end account closing activities has been completed
  • Prepare monthly reporting for the branch
  • Ensure smooth month end closing

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum two (2) years relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Well verse in MS Excel. Experience in project accounting and Great Plains accounting platform will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Aggressive, highly motivated with strong desire to grow and take challenges
  • Knowledge of CODA Accounting System will be an advantage
