(TERENGGANU BRANCH)
Responsibilities :
- Process invoices/claims and posting into the accounting system
- Process payment within the branch limit
- Prepare monthly Sales Revenue Report
- Ensure completeness of all invoices/documents before sending to client
- Keep, record and control all petty cash for daily expenses
- Verify expense claims
- Ensure all month end account closing activities has been completed
- Prepare monthly reporting for the branch
- Ensure smooth month end closing
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum two (2) years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Well verse in MS Excel. Experience in project accounting and Great Plains accounting platform will be an added advantage
- Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Aggressive, highly motivated with strong desire to grow and take challenges
- Knowledge of CODA Accounting System will be an advantage
