Sales Coordinator / General Clerk - Astrid Electronics HK Limited

Astrid Hong Kong focuses on various UPS and E & M installation project in the region. To cope with our business expansion, we invite energetic candidates to take up the following position:






Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for data-input, ordering process and sales related functions
  • Handling customer’s enquire and work closely with sales and services team
  • Provide logistic support in the day-to-day operation.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with customers, factories and internal departments
  • Compile reports regularly for management review.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
  
Requirements:
  • F.5 or above with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong skills in handling & maintaining of customer relations
  • Experiences in daily clerical administration and accounting is an advantage
  • Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Good skills in MS Word & Excel and Chinese typing
