Senior Vice President

Job Duties

• Supervising corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
• Assessing potential deals, originating and executing new business transactions and maintaining client relationship
• Preparing pitch book and business proposals
• Leading due diligence work on the listing applicants
• Coordinating the work of other professional parties on the transactions
• Communicating with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations

Requirements

• University graduate or holder of professional qualification in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in Financial Accounting
• Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skill
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements for both PRC and HK regions
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Due to expand the business and increase number of clients, we, now are seeking for a talented, highly motivated, commitment and qualified person to fill position as:

JUNIOR (JNR), SENIOR (SNR), SUPERVISOR (SPV) & MANAGER AUDIT (MGR)

Specific requirements:

• ØBachelor (S-1) or Master (S-2) Degree in Accounting or from reputable university with GPA > 3.00, Registered Accountant is preferred.
• Experience as an auditor from reputable Public Accounting Firm is a must   (min. 3 years for Senior, 5 years for Supervisor and 7 years for Manager).
• Have strong knowledge and good understanding in PSAK, GAAP, SPAP and IFRS. 
•  Professional integrity, good character, pleasant personality, energetic, proactive. 
•  Leadership, good communication skill and fluent in English is highly desirable 
•  Strong analytical, meticulous, high motivated and can do attitude. 
•  Familiar with computer is a must and others accounting software will be an advantage.
