Accounting Supervisor

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must;
• LCCI Higher level or equivalent; 
• At least 3 years accounting experiences;
• Able to keep full set of books;
• Some working experience in audit firms desirable;
• Able to handle correspondence independently;
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision;
• Pleasant personality and always keen to help people;
• Hard working and eager to learn;
• Self-motivated and with strong initiative;
• Immediate available preferred.

Main job duty: Handling full set of books for our clients.

Assistant Accountant / Accounting Officer

Our client is a well-known and fast-growing lifestyle brand for both retail and wholesale with proven track record in Asia, who is looking for an Assistant Accountant / Accounting Officer to join their team and support their growing business.

Responsibilities
l Responsible for daily accounting operation, including cash planning and budgeting;
l Support the full set accounting; coordinate account receivable and payable;
l Assist in the consolidation of periodical financial reports and analysis;
l Support audit and legal filing duties, ensure the compliance and reliability of transaction data;
l Assist in maintenance of accounting system and inventory control;
l Work with China accounting and retail team on accounting operations.

Requirements
l Tertiary education preferably in Accounting or Finance discipline, with LCCI level 3 or above;
l More than 3 years of hands-on accounting experiences; experienced in full set and retail industry is highly preferred;
l Have good understanding in PRC accounting operations is an advantage;
l Fluent Cantonese; business level of Mandarin and English;
l Strong analytical and communication skills;
l Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and flexible.
