Assistant to Finance Officer

Job Description

• Supervises credit & collection work for both domestic & indent
• Maintains accounts receivables both aging & timely collections
• Handles credit line applications with banks & financing institutions
• Handles & monitors importation which includes preparation of LC documentation
• Prepares monthly foreign payable schedules; monitors and handles payment to suppliers
• Handles marine insurance coverage
• Oversees profit planning & tax control corporate activities
• Can prepare cash flow projection.

Qualifications
1. Must be Bachelor of Science graduate major in Accounting
2. Min. of 4yrs experience in all phases of accounting, budget, auditing,cost accounting and financial analysis work.
3. Working knowledge in cash flow summary/projection
4. Knowledge in importation procedures an advantage
5. Must have above average communication skills [verbal & written]
6. Computer literacy is a must
7. Can work with minimal supervision
8. Can withstand pressure and flexible
