RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable.
- Process sales orders, update deliveries & prepared documents related to shipping activities.
- Liaise with Sales and Technical department.
- Process purchase orders, keep track of stocks movements and update incoming materials for direct materials
- Provide general administrative support to the department
REQUIREMENTS:

GCE 'N' levels.

Has 2-3 Years of related experience in Accounts/ Admin/ Customer Service/ Sales Support/ Shipping/ Order Fulfillment

Location: Ubi

Working days: Mondays - Fridays

Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500 or higher/ Negotiable (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
