An European company established in Indonesia for over 15 years, as one of the world's most comprehensive independent providers of repair, overhaul and maintenance services for rotating equipment (gas & steam turbines, compressors, generators, motors and pumps), either in a workshop environment or at a Customers site.
To fulfil our present vacancy and to strengthen our Senior Management Team, we are looking for:
Scope of duties and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
- Reports to the President Director and is a Senior Management Team Member.
- Management of Finance & Accounting, Purchasing and IT departments.
- Provides leadership in matters of Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Purchasing and IT.
- Develops and implements strategies and policies in line with Sulzer Turbo Services Divisional and Sulzer Corporate strategies & requirements.
- Develops the organization, managers and employees of the departments under their responsibility, to enable them to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Leads and implements short/long term planning, reporting processes and performance indicators, in conjunction with other company departments (business partnering).
- Monitors and manages actively the financial position and bottom line results of the company.
- Lead, advise and support management with information and tools of the Finance & Accounting department, which will enable management to fulfil their positions (planning systems, procedures, information & resources etc.).
- Stimulate and organize cross departmental cooperation and teamwork.
- Responsibility for preparation of monthly closings, budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Management of ONCF (working capital, capital expenditures).
- Management of tax returns and provide tax planning.
- Management of company risk (insurances, export control, general risk management)
- Management of the company ERP system.
- Coordinates activities with: PT. Sulzer Turbo Services Indonesia and Sulzer Turbo Services APAC Regional Management.
Minimum Qualifications / Competencies:
- Hold an S1 University Degree in Finance & Accounting / Economics
- Preferably a CPA valid certificate from an internationally recognized institution.
- Must have at least 10 years experience of Finance & Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
- Master of MS Office with superior excel skills, proficient in ERP systems and IT literate.
- Must have high skill standards in accountability, organization, reporting, communication, detail-orientated, strong at problem-solving, hard worker, highly motivated, loyal and trustworthy.
- Must have good managerial, strong leadership and good decision-making skills.
- Capability to guide, coordinate and motivate subordinates.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
- Fluent in English (oral & written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiar with ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 procedures.
- Willing to work in / relocate to Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java, Indonesia.
