JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the investment accounting and reporting functions of Singapore and Brunei branch to Head Office and Regulatory Bodies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • In charge of monthly investment closing
  • Perform account reconciliation and to clear any outstanding reconciling items
  • Ensure timely submission and filing of Quarterly & Annual MAS returns
  • Prepare timely and accurate reporting to Group Office
  • To keep abreast of changes in local regulations and accounting standards and to assess impact to financial, regulatory and management reporting
  • Participate in Project implementation for User Acceptance Test
  • Handle any queries from Group Finance, MAS and external auditors.

JOB RECRUITMENT
  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA/CPA preferred
  • At least 4 to 6 years' experience (Financial / Banking OR Life insurance preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
  • Proficient MS Excel, Word and Access
  • Numerate, meticulous, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Analytical, creative in problem solving and decision making
  • Possess strong leadership skills & responsibility
  • Singaporean OR PRs only

WORKING HOURS/WORKING LOCATION/ SALARY RANGE
  • 5 days work week

  • Basic salary is neg + attractive fringe benefits
