PRTR-ES was established in 2006, specifically to better serve our customers in the Eastern Seaboard area of Thailand and to provide services more suited to the technical demands of these customers. PRTR-ES is part of PRTR, which was established in 1990 and is an independent Thai/British joint venture company that based its operational and sales structure on its successful British partner. PRTR was originally established as a company providing permanent recruitment services and has expanded to become a complete supplier of HR and Business Process Outsourcing services. We currently have 3 offices in Bangkok and 1 office in the Eastern Seaboard with a total of 120 staff based in these offices and a further 23 staff supporting our client partners at their locations. Our plan is for PRTR to become Thailand’s largest HR and operational outsourcing services company whilst maintaining a very high level of service and professionalism.

RAYONG – MAP TA PHUT
Salary: B/.18,000 – 23,000/monthly

Our client is a leading supplier of power generation and energy delivery technologies.

Responsibilities :-
  • Report to Singaporean Customer Service Manager and Thai Lead Service Engineer.
  • Support sale for price quoting and quotation submitting to customer.
  • Help sale to expedite shipment for revenue received within each of quarter.
  • Book orders in SAP by create under ZOR (for flow order).
  • Order and follow up shipment status and coordinate with Planning & Logistics team to ship on time as customer required.
  • Coordinate with courier both oversea and domestic for transportation and product delivery.
  • Coordinate with Head Office regarding paper work both customs invoice & packing list for submit with customs clearance and coordinate with forwarder when shipment arrives.
  • Prepare manual for training, prepare attendee list, check point of exam, and make certificate to participant.
  • Support customer to find data sheet when customer required and due with technical support for new parts supply.
  • Issue invoice to customer for spare part, make receipt for customers.
  • Booking car, hotel and seminar for support sale, field engineer and expatriate.
  • Conduct weekly invoice tracking update report, weekly flow forecast and order tracking.
  • Office stationary management.

Qualifications :-
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting or other related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in administration and sales support are desired.
  • Pleasant personality with a service mind, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
