Our client, one of the finest health food manufacturers in the world, is seeking for an Accounts Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
- Produce timely monthly accounts and year end closing reports
- Prepare monthly financial reports & Variance analysis
- Submit quarterly GST returns
- Cash management and prepare cash flow projection
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Inventory control
- Liaise with auditors and external parties
- Attend to annual audit and tax queries
- Assist Factory Manager in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution/ CAT/ ACCA Level II
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- ERP software experience preferred
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to analyse date
- Able to work independently, with good working attitude and initiative
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Preferable able to start work within short notice
