Responsibilities:
- Perform leadership roles and direction, to attain high standards of financial reporting
- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the company’s objective and mission
- Perform strategic & tactical financial planning involving assessment & management of financial requirements.
- Maintain high standards of financial reporting to authorities, i.e. stock exchange, investor relations, statutory accounting, compliance to local laws, and corporate planning of the Group
- Manage management reports, annual report, budgets & cash-flow forecasts in compliance with statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or recognized professional qualification in ACCA, CPA or other related field
- Background knowledge in CONSTRUCTION, OIL & GAS & MARINE will be preferred
- At least 7 to 15 years of financial and management experience
- Past working experience Listed company
- Sound knowledge of accounting standard and relevant statutory requirements.
- High level of problem solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership & supervisory skills and a team player.
