Responsibilities
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Assist in month-end closing tasks and preparing monthly sales report
  • Responsible to handle client and intercompany invoices and accounting entries
  • Responsible to handle payments and receipts
  • Responsible to check with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and invoices
  • Responsible to follow up accounts payable, accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation

Requirements
  • Form 7 with LCC & I Higher or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Words and Excel) 
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting software of QUICKBOOK is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage 
  • Mature, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Able to work 3 days per week
  • Immediate availability is preferred
